Sunday, August 30, 2026: Andagi Mixing at the Convention Center (new day)

10am - 4pm (or until we're done, whichever comes first!)

We need approximately 30 volunteers to make 300 batches! 

Sunday, September 6, 2026: Andagi Cooking on the Convention Center Promenade

7am - 11am: Setup and cooking

10:30a - 2pm: Cooking 

1pm - 4pm: Cooking and cleanup

We will have 8 woks cooking. We need approximately 30 volunteers for 3 shifts to keep them all going and then clean up! This is a great opportunity to learn how to "drop" andagi.

All volunteers must be adults since there's hot oil.

What to Bring

• Non-skid shows (required)

• Head covering (required)

• Mask (optional)
